Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Leadership Capability Development Specialist to join our Group Talent Capability & Leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership programs that align with our organization's strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with vendors to ensure leadership programs meet our organizational needs, manage schedules, communications, and reporting metrics.
- Design and deliver engaging and professional leadership learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and various instructional techniques.
- Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements to enhance participation, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate on the development of our leadership strategy and provide insights on emerging trends in leadership capability.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Learning, Organisational Development, HR, or equivalent (desired).
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors to deliver best-practice leadership development and facilitating virtual and in-person learning programs.
- Expertise in adult learning principles, group dynamics, program evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Advanced understanding of leadership capability-building approaches and the ability to connect learning solutions to business strategy.
