We're seeking a talented Sales Capability Development Specialist to join our Sales Capability & Solutions Team. In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in enhancing our sales team's effectiveness and performance by designing and delivering strategies to build capability across Lion.
This specialist will be based out of our York Street Office in Sydney and report directly into our Sales Solutions & Capability Leader.
What does a day in the life look like?
- You'll lead the development of engaging sales capability programs that drive growth and success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement, fostering a culture of continuous learning throughout the business.
- Elevate Lion's L&D offerings to differentiate us in the market, demonstrating a genuine commitment to employee development and growth.
- Take a consultative approach with key sales stakeholders to promote continuous improvement, ensuring our programs meet evolving organisational needs.
- Act as a skilled facilitator in workshops and training sessions, evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives and making continuous improvements.
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, driving change and cultivating a culture of continuous learning.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience in designing and delivering training programs that achieve tangible results.
- Experience in sales capability development and implementing best practice solutions would be highly valued.

About Salary and Benefits
