About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales functions and providing strategic management recommendations to our CEO and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of sales professionals and provide guidance on sales strategies and tactics
  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve sales performance
  • Collaborate with the CEO and management team to develop and implement business strategies
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance and trends
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales operations or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
