Sales Operations Manager

Drive operational efficiency to support the success of Zip's commercial teams. Enhance sales processes, prepare and manage projects plans, analyse sales data.
Key Responsibilities:- Continuously review and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, estimates, and schedules for projects to meet objectives.
- Analyse sales data, performance metrics, and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Monitor and report on initiatives related to ANZ Merchants and Sales teams.
- Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Partner with the Sales Enablement Manager to develop sales training programs and onboarding materials for new hires.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for sales processes, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and drive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools and technologies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Results-oriented with a track record of driving process improvements and achieving targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
