We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to fill the role of Financial Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day financial and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software. Strong analytical and time management skills are essential for this position, as is excellent communication and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:- General office administration and assistance with responding to incoming calls
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Preparing and sending invoices
- Maintaining accurate debt ledgers and collecting debts
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial administration role
- Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software
