We are seeking a highly skilled and organized People Operations Coordinator to join our team at Tesla. As a key member of our Human Resources and Recruiting teams, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration of our workforce and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to our HR and Recruiting teams, ensuring seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Support Recruiters and Hiring Managers to coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and maintain accurate records.
  • Employee Engagement: Respond to employee queries, update employee records, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, implement efficiencies, and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, Recruiting, and other business teams.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll-related tasks, including leave reports, overtime reports, and monthly reconciliation.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and talent agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Provide additional support and contribute to special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a HR or Recruiting Coordinator/Administrator role, or similar.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel; experience with HR systems and data is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Passionate about driving Tesla's mission, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
