People Coordinator

About the Role:
The People Coordinator will provide administrative support to the People Services and Payroll team by coordinating duties across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding of new hires and internal appointments by transposing information into various systems.
- Process payroll forms, employment letters, and contracts, and correspondence from employees.
- Administer employee medical records and reporting.
- Provide exceptional service and response to all general queries from employees.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining employee records within various HR systems and platforms.
- Provide administrative support with ad hoc projects.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a fair and objective manner.
About You:
- You will have excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A high level of attention to detail is required.
- You will be able to work across various platforms with complex manual systems and processes.
- You will be able to multitask and determine priorities with tight and conflicting deadlines.
- You will be able to deal with confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
- You will be able to work in a team environment, collaborate, share information, and provide input to discussions.
- Tertiary education in Human Resources or Business Administration or experience with Human Resources Information Systems is highly desirable.
