About the Role:

The People Coordinator will provide administrative support to the People Services and Payroll team by coordinating duties across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the onboarding of new hires and internal appointments by transposing information into various systems.
  • Process payroll forms, employment letters, and contracts, and correspondence from employees.
  • Administer employee medical records and reporting.
  • Provide exceptional service and response to all general queries from employees.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining employee records within various HR systems and platforms.
  • Provide administrative support with ad hoc projects.
  • Advise on employee issues and investigate and resolve discrepancies.

About You:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • The ability to work across various platforms with complex manual systems and processes.
  • The ability to multitask and determine priorities with tight and conflicting deadlines.
  • The ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
  • The ability to work in a team environment, collaborate, share information, and provide input to discussions.
  • Tertiary education in Human Resources or Business Administration or experience with Human Resources Information Systems is highly desirable.
