Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Star Sydney. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train a team of food and beverage staff to ensure excellent service standards
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control
- Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Venue Manager to achieve financial and operational targets
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Current NSW RSA certification
