We are currently looking for motivated and experienced waitstaff to work in cocktail parties, sit-down dinners, boardroom meetings, festivals, or cruising around the harbour on a superyacht.

", "Responsibilities": "
  1. Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, ensuring the correct items are served, and providing an attentive and professional service.
  2. Prepare the areas before service, including setting tables with cutlery, glassware, and condiments. After service, clear tables promptly.
  3. Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the area, including table surfaces, chairs, and floors, to create a pleasant and sanitary environment for guests.
  4. Ensure guests' needs are met promptly and courteously, and address any concerns or complaints in a professional and proactive manner.
  5. Collaborate with other food and beverage attendants and management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  6. Support special events, banquets, or functions by providing food and beverage service as required.
  7. Comply with food safety standards, responsible service of alcohol guidelines, and any other health and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.

  1. Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card.
  2. Previous waitstaff experience in venues and private homes is an advantage.
  3. Great attitude & punctuality are a must.
  4. Ability to carry 3 plates and clear 5.
  5. Strong verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently while offering 5-star service standards.
  7. Grooming – immaculate and smart presentation from head to toes.
