As a Food and Beverage Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of health and hygiene across our Food and Beverage outlets at The Star Sydney.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the Culinary team to ensure all restaurant equipment is cleaned and restocked ready for every service
  • Ensuring cleaning checklists are completed and hygiene standards are maintained
  • Maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of Food and Beverage venues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Flexible availability across a 7-day roster
  • Previous experience in kitchen cleaning or heavy manual labor (highly desired)
  • Good communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work both solo and as part of a large team
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods (desired but not essential)
