Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of food and beverage professionals to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of food and beverage areas, including storage and inventory management.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning equipment, and locking doors.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, service, safety, and well-being, completing work orders for maintenance repairs as needed.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
- Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting the team to reach common goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, identifying and implementing new ways to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost-savings.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and food safety procedures.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
