Food and Beverage Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Stamford Hotels and Resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Supervise and train a team of staff to ensure they meet our high standards of service and quality.
  • Manage operating and labour costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role or an Acting F&B Team Leader or Senior F&B Attendant within a 4-5 star hotel environment.
  • Excellent standards of personal presentation and grooming.
  • Intermediate computer knowledge, particularly in the use of MS Office, including Outlook and Micros.
  • Outstanding communication, written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Current NSW RSA Certificate.
