We are seeking a skilled Manager to oversee our strategic alliances and partnerships, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, great presentation abilities, and a strong commercial mindset. They should be proficient in Orgvue technology and able to think creatively to drive value for both our organization and partners.

Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of day-to-day joint alliance plans with our strategic partners, including onboarding, project delivery, partner enablement, and partnership development.

  • Establish and mobilize critical routines and feedback channels to manage our strategic relationships, such as COE development, enablement routines, and product feedback forums.

  • Oversee the setup of partner-specific Orgvue tenants for training, demos, and storage of custom solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Information Sciences, or related business disciplines.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in management consulting roles, preferably in human capital, talent, or organizational design consulting space.

  • Preferred: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a user of Orgvue.
