About the Project

Flibco provides a personalized transportation service allowing to reach the main European airports. Our team is working on a project that involves developing a web and mobile application for travelers, as well as web applications for S2S and D2G administrators, mobile applications for S2S and D2G drivers, and mobile application specified on tickets.

Job Responsibilities
  • Interact with all stakeholders of the project, including project manager, developers, QA engineers, and designers.
  • Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements elicitation sessions to gather business requirements.
  • Perform customer business process and documentation analysis to understand the business needs.
  • Document and validate requirements to ensure they are clear and actionable.
  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria for development and testing teams.
  • Facilitate the definition of UX/UI approaches and prototyping to ensure a user-centered design.
  • Support the development team in clarifying requirements and ensuring they meet the business needs.
  • Participate in backlog grooming, defining, and approving upcoming release scope.
  • Prioritize features and work on the project roadmap.
  • Perform acceptance testing and support UAT stage to ensure the solution meets the business requirements.
  • Manage change requests and maintain project documentation.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and project discoveries to ensure a smooth project delivery.
