About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at Simply Talented. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business expansion and growth through effective customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Utilize your expertise to create and implement business development strategies tailored to specific industries and customer needs, leveraging the Power PRM tool.
  • Prepare Business Presentations: Professionally craft proposals and presentations that effectively demonstrate the value and functionality of Power PRM, showcasing its capabilities to potential clients.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients, negotiate effectively, and build lasting business relationships using our platform.
  • Business Consulting: Provide expert guidance to clients on the optimal use of the Power PRM tool, advising on the automation of sales processes and customer relationship management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Several Years of Experience: As a Business Development Manager, you should have a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Fluency in Spoken and Written English: Excellent communication skills are essential for this position.
  • Experience with CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools or related systems is a must.
  • Business Analysis and Adaptability: Ability to analyze business needs and adapt strategies to different industries.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for building and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Initiative, Self-Reliance, and Goal-Oriented Attitude: A self-motivated individual with a solid goal-oriented attitude is ideal for this role.
