We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced InjuryCare Partner to join our team at Woolworths Group. As an InjuryCare Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our team members during a vulnerable time in their lives, providing compassionate and personalized support to enable effective recovery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement return to work and rehabilitation strategies for team members, working in partnership with line leaders, healthcare providers, and claims teams.
- Provide training and mentoring to operational teams on managing return to work and legislative compliance.
- Engage with stakeholders to drive strategies and ensure early engagement in treatment, claims management, return to work, redeployment, and claim closure.
- Manage a return to work portfolio to ensure compliance with legislative and self-insurance obligations.
- Maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders, including third-party administrators, rehabilitation providers, and treating health professionals.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in workers' compensation and injury management, specifically in claims management end-to-end.
- Allied health qualifications highly regarded (OT, EP, Physio).
- Deep understanding of return to work and rehabilitation best practices.
- Solid understanding of workers' compensation self-insurance regimes, requirements, and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to run injury management and return to work matters end-to-end.
