Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Injury Management Professional to join our Primary Connect team. As an essential part of our extensive food and retail supply chain network, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering best-practice injury management, rehabilitation, and return-to-work strategies for our team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead return-to-work and rehabilitation strategies in partnership with our team members, line leaders, and healthcare providers.
  • Develop and implement effective injury management plans to ensure seamless transitions back to work.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategies, ensure early engagement in treatment, claims management, and return-to-work outcomes.
  • Maintain regular engagement with relevant stakeholders, including third-party administrators, rehabilitation providers, and treating health professionals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in workers' compensation and injury management, specifically in claims management end-to-end.
  • Allied health qualifications highly regarded (OT, EP, Physio).
  • Demonstrated ability to run injury management and return-to-work matters end-to-end.
  • Solid understanding of workers' compensation self-insurance regimes, requirements, and practices.
