About the Role

We are seeking an experienced InjuryCare Partner to join our team at Woolworths Group. As an InjuryCare Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our team members during a vulnerable time in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with team members to provide support and guidance throughout the injury management process.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to develop and implement return to work strategies.
  • Work closely with healthcare providers and claims teams to ensure seamless communication and effective case management.
  • Provide training and mentoring to operational teams on injury management and return to work best practices.
  • Manage a return to work portfolio to ensure compliance with legislative and self-insurance obligations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in workers' compensation and injury management, with a focus on claims management and return to work strategies.
  • Strong understanding of return to work and rehabilitation best practices, with the ability to devise and adapt strategies for individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, healthcare providers, and claims teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
