About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team at Seekvietnamese. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing ongoing support to our participants with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to participants with varying levels of need
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support participants with transportation, community access, and activities of daily living
  • Implement support plans, including behavior support plans, to ensure participants receive the best possible care
  • Build strong relationships with participants and their families to understand their needs and preferences
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly those with complex needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with participants and their families
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide comprehensive support
  • First Aid Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Driver's License and reliable transportation
