Key Responsibilities:
\- Develop strategies for partnership and inorganic growth.
- Execute corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, commercial partnerships, divestitures, and portfolio management.
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and peer performance.
Requirements:
\- Demonstrated experience in Corporate Finance/Advisory or Transaction Services.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in developing detailed financial models and valuations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
