Job Title: Strategic Growth ManagerAbout The Role

This is a hands-on, strategic position focused on building a high-growth division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing national business-to-business retail plans, identifying key markets and opportunities for growth.

  1. Create a comprehensive B2B retail strategy, leveraging your extensive network to create and manage strong relationships with major hardware retailers and key distributors.
  2. Guide and mentor a small, dedicated sales team to achieve their targets and drive business results.
  3. Structure deals, oversee commercial agreements, and collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Your Skills Set
  • A minimum of 10 years in B2B sales, with an extensive network in the hardware, plumbing, or trade supplies retail sector.
  • Proven experience in category management and creating long-term channel partnerships.
  • A credible industry reputation with the ability to build trust and deliver on promises.
  • Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills, with a readiness to take ownership of the channel's success.
