Key Role: Senior Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced senior site reliability engineer to join our team.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a talented individual who can design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure that scales with our growing user base. You will work closely with existing SRE and platform engineers to develop resilient systems, automate deployment processes, and refine monitoring and incident response approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain scalable infrastructure in line with global usage demands
  • Establish and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and error budgets in partnership with product teams to drive reliability improvements
  • Enhance and extend on-call practices, observability tooling, and incident response systems for streamlined operations
  • Own CI/CD architecture and deployment pipelines to optimize speed, safety, and team autonomy
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks and proactively identify systemic risks across the organization
  • Promote best practices for fault tolerance, security, and performance throughout engineering
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years' experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles, with a deep understanding of distributed systems
  • Proven ability to scale systems in production environments, including high-availability architectures
  • Expertise in monitoring, logging, and alerting systems, with keen insight into what matters most
  • Strong experience with CI/CD systems, containerization, and cloud infrastructure (GCP and AWS preferred)
  • Familiarity with defining and managing SLOs and SLAs across complex systems
  • A collaborative mindset, comfortable with mentoring and upskilling others, with a strong sense of ownership and bias towards continuous improvement
