We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resilience Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust resilience solutions that ensure business continuity and protect against potential disruptions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a disruption.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise backup platforms for on-premises and cloud workloads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cybersecurity solutions that protect against cyber threats.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have at least 7-10 years of experience in IT resiliency architecture, with a strong understanding of system design principles, including scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
