About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time position, based in Fortitude Valley QLD, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and support to the clinical and personal care teams.

Requirements:

  • A current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Comprehensive clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety.
  • Previous experience working within a Residential Aged Care setting in a similar role.
  • Strong coaching/training skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Strong customer-centric approach to business.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.

  • $59.16 - $63.42 per hour + superannuation.
