We are seeking a seasoned IT Program Manager to lead our large-scale transformation initiatives.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and drive strategic roadmaps aligned with our commercial and operational goals. As an IT Program Manager, you will oversee cloud migration initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and implement agile frameworks and DevSecOps practices across delivery teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programs.
  • Define and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with commercial and operational goals.
  • Oversee cloud migration initiatives, including infrastructure and application transitions to AWS.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships to ensure seamless delivery.
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • 20+ years' experience in managing complex IT programmes.
  • 5+ years' experience in nbn technology and systems.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex IT & Network transformation NBNCo programs.
  • Deep understanding of nbn's commercial models, IT solutioning, and operational practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, and PRINCE2 Practitioner certifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
