Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Leader to lead our transformation and implementation efforts for strategic initiatives and service enhancements.

  • Develop a comprehensive transformation strategy, implement it, and review and revise as required.
  • Develop and consistently apply transformation approaches throughout the program.
  • Ensure effective design, implementation, and embedding of transformation plans, including impact assessments, communication, and training strategies.
  • Monitor transformation progress, addressing and adapting as required to deliver outcomes.
  • Ensure all transformation activities are completed by specified deadlines.
  • Develop and deliver effective communication plans and training programs to ensure stakeholders are informed and equipped to adopt the program.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in superannuation or investment management.
  • Demonstrated experience as a change manager, leading change management efforts for large-scale transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in cultural and organisational change programs.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated senior stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively across the organisation.
