About The Job

We are seeking a senior professional to develop and execute strategies that drive business outcomes through effective change management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop Change Management Strategies: Identify, assess and address the people side of transformations. Develop and run change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training programs and resistance management strategies.
  • Lead Senior Leaders: Support them as they help their teams navigate change by providing guidance and coaching on change management principles and practices.
  • Create Change Agent Networks: Foster a culture of agility and innovation by integrating change management activities with business units.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Ensure clear communication and alignment across all levels of the organization.
  • Evaluate Change Initiatives: Track the value and success of change initiatives using data-driven approaches and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leading change in agile environments.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern change management practices, methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and strategic planning.
  • A systems thinking approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
