Job Description:

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a digital transformation program in Education, working with a Not for Profit organization in Melbourne, Victoria.

  • As a seasoned Change and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, or organizational shifts.
  • You will also design and execute communication plans that support change initiatives, ensuring clarity and consistency across the organization.
  • Strong experience in change management is essential, with a minimum of 5 years as a Change and Communications Manager. Certification in change management is highly regarded but not mandatory.
  • You will partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive change efforts effectively, utilizing your understanding of change management frameworks such as ADKAR or Prosci methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, or organizational shifts.
  • Design and execute communication plans that support change initiatives, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive change efforts effectively.
