As a highly skilled Program Director, you will spearhead the transformation of Australia's clean energy sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-performing owner's project teams across multiple disciplines.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for mine closure, rehabilitation, and power station decommissioning.
- Ensure all programs are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and aligned with value commitments.
- Establish and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, regulators, community groups, contractors, and internal teams.
- Oversee risk management, compliance, and reporting frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and innovation throughout the transformation journey.
About You:
- You hold a strong background in mining or mine rehabilitation, with a proven track record of leading complex infrastructure or environmental remediation projects.
- You possess relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, environmental science, project management, or related fields.
- Postgraduate qualifications or executive training in leadership or business management can be beneficial.
- Relevant certifications in project or program management (e.g., PMP, MSP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
- Experience in senior project leadership roles within the mining, energy, or large-scale industrial sectors is preferred.
