Transformation Leader for the T6 Platform

Drive innovation and growth in our International Market Groups (IMG) Product Development hub.
The T6 program is a complex global initiative requiring visionary leadership. We seek a highly skilled transformation leader to lead Core Program Management and Global Product Development Systems for this iconic platform.
- Act as the key interface with the global Core Program team, driving collaboration and results-oriented solutions.
- Lead the development of innovative tools and processes, addressing unique challenges and opportunities across the T6 program.
- Promote the strategic deployment of AI technologies, enhancing program tracking and delivery.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- A Master's degree, such as an MBA or relevant advanced engineering degree, is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within global product development, program management, or business operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
As a transformation leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth, innovation, and excellence in our T6 program.
