As we transform retirement living to better support independence, connection and wellbeing, we're seeking a skilled professional to lead the people and culture aspects of our key billing automation project.

About the Role
  • A seasoned Change Manager is required to implement and embed an endorsed change management strategy for the Billing Automation project.
  • The ideal candidate will partner with project leads, business sponsors, and operational leaders to drive alignment and delivery.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced contract role that will run until approximately February 2026. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, and our 58 retirement villages, embedding new ways of working, processes and systems.

Your Responsibilities
  • Drive organizational change through effective communication, engagement, and training programs.
  • Develop targeted strategies to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure seamless transition.
