About the Role

At InfraBuild, we're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Liaison to join our team in Mackay. In this exciting opportunity, you'll be working closely with our Sales and Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing sales, quotes, and orders, and providing excellent customer service. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills in sales, administration, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and in-person
  • Process cash sales, quotes, and orders
  • Prepare reports and analytics
  • Maximise sales opportunities and revenue growth
  • Perform general administration duties
