About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team in Mackay. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, and providing solutions to meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales administration, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with customers. Experience in estimating and drafting in a similar industry is also highly regarded.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Process cash sales, quotes, and orders
  • Prepare reports
  • Maximise sales opportunities
  • General administration duties

You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure customers have a positive experience with InfraBuild Steel Centre.

Requirements
  • Experience in customer service and sales administration
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
  • Microsoft Office and SAP system experience highly regarded
  • Experience in estimating and drafting in a similar industry highly regarded
