About the Role

This exciting opportunity is now available for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our successful and tight-knit team in our Mackay branch. As a key member of our Sales and Operations teams, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers have a positive experience with InfraBuild Steel Centre.

The successful candidate will work closely with both Sales and Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, processing cash sales, quotes, and orders, preparing reports, and maximising sales opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing cash sales, quotes, and orders accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing reports and providing insights to support business decision-making
  • Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Performing general administration duties to support the team's efforts

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer service and/or sales administration
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Microsoft Office and SAP system experience highly regarded
  • Experience in estimating and drafting in a similar industry also highly regarded
