Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a group of Support Workers. Your primary objective will be to ensure safe and high-quality services are delivered to our NDIS participants.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example, promoting quality service delivery while ensuring clients receive the highest standard of care.
- Motivate and assess the performance of Support Workers, identifying areas for improvement and providing guidance to enhance their skills.
- Serve as a liaison between Support Workers and Management, effectively communicating policies and concerns.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement plans that promote independence, enablement, and wellness among our clients.
- Assist in training and developing new or less-experienced Support Workers through buddy shifts, knowledge sharing, and mentorship.
- Ensure all support staff's compliance documents are up-to-date and mandatory trainings are completed.
- Organize and conduct performance management meetings with support staff, monitoring progress and implementing action plans as needed.
- Certificate III or IV in Community Services or a related discipline is highly regarded.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to develop and implement plans.
- Sound computer and IT skills.

A competitive salary package estimated at $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including great opportunities for growth and development.
