About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with our Collision market customers, building and maintaining strong relationships that drive business growth. As a Commercial Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering positive interactions with key customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service to meet or exceed their expectations.

You will work collaboratively with our Sales Operations Manager to develop and implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze sales reports and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bulk and maintain relationships with key Collision customers
  • Facilitate face-to-face and phone meetings to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Present customer feedback to internal stakeholders and facilitate agreed changes or improvements
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the industry to support business growth and diversification
  • Analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales and account management
  • Automotive Parts/Panel knowledge – able to interpret parts and panels
  • Experience in building business relationships/customer service
  • Account Managing/Business Development experience
  • Able to analyze reports and interpret data
  • High computer proficiency
  • Attention to detail

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth.
