The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Growth Manager based in NSW/ACT to develop sustainable relationships with Collision customers. This role will work closely with our Sales Operations Manager to understand customer needs and implement improvements.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with key Collision customers.
  • Facilitate face-to-face and phone meetings to understand customer needs.
  • Present feedback on service levels, product quality, and delivery to internal stakeholders.
  • Implement agreed changes to deliver better customer experiences.
  • Maintain an efficient customer portfolio.
  • Promote our products/services addressing clients' objectives.
  • Analyse sales reports to identify areas for improvement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales and account management.
  • Automotive Parts/Panel knowledge.
  • Experience in building business relationships/customer service.
  • Account Managing/Business Development experience.
  • Able to analyse reports and interpret.
  • High computer proficiency.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Personable and patient.
