**About the Role**

This role involves supporting employee relations activities, creating a positive workplace culture, and providing essential HR guidance to managers and employees. Key responsibilities include delivering expert HR & ER support, helping resolve complex performance and disciplinary matters, and identifying workplace risks.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver expert HR & ER support and advice, helping resolve complex performance and disciplinary matters while adhering to HR best practices and current legislation.
  • Play an active role in the development and implementation of employee relations programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate workplace risks to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Collaborate with various teams to foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace environment.
  • Support and guide performance management processes in partnership with line managers.
  • Contribute to ER projects and assist in policy reviews, ensuring alignment with legal standards and organizational values.
  • Provide training and guidance on ER practices, contributing to an inclusive and supportive workplace.

**About You**

  • A tertiary qualification in human resources, employee relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR or Employee Relations role, ideally with a background in case management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex ER cases and influence outcomes.
  • Skilled in data analysis to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
