About the Role

As a Human Resources Business Partner for Central Queensland, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and development of our organisation.

Reporting to the Coordinator People and Performance, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice to leaders and employees, aligning with organisational objectives and legislative requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing people leaders to achieve effective workplace relationships and enhanced people management capability.
  • Providing guidance, support, and training on ER/IR matters, including performance management and workplace investigations.
About You

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employment relations and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with the People and Safety team to drive business outcomes. Your expertise will enable you to provide informed HR advice, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations.
