As a Graduate Contracts Administrator, you will provide commercial administration and support to project teams within the region. You will be responsible for contracts management, subcontract compliance, and ensuring BMD Commercial Standards are upheld.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to senior contract administrators and project managers on commercial matters, such as managing disruptions, variations, and delays.
  • Report on project commercial metrics and track trends as required by the commercial manager.
  • Coordinate commercial audits on various projects against BMD's commercial procedures and identify corrective actions associated with non-compliances.
  • Liaise with site teams and attend weekly site meetings.

To qualify for this position, you must have completed a degree specialising in either law or construction management.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum
