Contract Negotiation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Contract Negotiation Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in contract management and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders to understand their contract needs and drive process improvements in contract management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in contract management and develop strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Proven experience in contract management, with a strong understanding of contract law and compliance regulations.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and manage change effectively.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to support the procurement and supply chain team in strategic decisions.
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business or law.
- Relevant work experience in contract management, preferably in a similar industry.
- A strong understanding of contract law and compliance regulations.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
