Our Work

  • We manage and control all procurement and contract administration services for contracts and consultancies.
  • Maintain regular contact with resource users and contractors to ensure contractual issues are addressed effectively.
  • Review changes and claims for projects and resolve disputes regarding size and quantum.
  • Conduct tender reviews, contract acceptances, and contract reviews.

What We Look For

  • Tertiary education in Engineering or Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • No less than 10 years' experience in major infrastructure projects, with expertise in contract administration and claims management.
  • A valid Australian driver's license.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle complex situations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the capacity to establish effective relationships with various stakeholders.

Salary Information

An estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $120,000 - $160,000 AUD, depending on location and experience.
