About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Credit Manager to join our Business Finance team at AMP Bank Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing, challenging, and making decisions on credit submissions, ensuring that all deal data is accurately captured and decisions are made within set service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and decide on Business Finance loan applications, including financial statements, client projections, security position, and business cases.
  • Maintain credit quality standards and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Provide excellent customer service by proactively communicating with business partners and offering solutions when necessary.
  • Comply with AMP Bank behaviours and ensure adherence to the Bank's policies and procedures when assessing loans.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial cash-flow lending, including analysing complex structures, financial forecasts, and security positions.
  • Good understanding of legal entities, lending structures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and effectively engaging with various levels of management and business partners.
