**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager to join our team at Transport for NSW. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional services to the people of NSW, creating innovative solutions, and fostering strong partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement innovative, outcomes-driven commercial approaches to maximize value for money and make it easier to do business with government.
  • Address and balance customer and community requirements with regulatory, policy, government, stakeholder, and operational requirements.
  • Thrive in a culture that embraces change and innovation, continuous development, and improvement of operations while maintaining commitment to quality, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Lead and inspire a team into a new and unknown arena, leveraging your expertise in commercial roles with high-volume, complex digital transactions, IT/OT, and digital integration contexts.

**About You**

You should be a trusted advisor with comprehensive knowledge of best practice ICT procurement strategies, frameworks, and policies, as well as a proven track record in coordinating, negotiating, and managing complex contracts across the lifecycle.
