About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of industrial and commercial properties in Sydney's Western Suburbs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 properties, consisting mainly of industrial properties (90%) and commercial properties (10%);
  • Liaise with business owners and large corporations on property matters;
  • Conduct rent reviews on small to large assets;
  • Liaise with solicitors on leasing documents and compliance;
  • Perform all property inspections;
  • Manage arrears and ensure timely payment;
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations;
  • Portfolio size will be tailored to the candidate's experience and qualifications.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial property management;
  • A confident and assertive personality with the ability to build rapport easily;
  • A strong ambition to build a successful career in commercial/industrial management;
  • A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
