CONCIERGE | PROPERTY DIVISION

We're seeking a highly skilled Concierge to join our Property Division team in Brisbane, QLD. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for clients, customers, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, customers, and employees, providing a warm welcome and ensuring phone and guest inquiries are managed efficiently.
  • Manage meeting room requests and bookings, including setup and reset for corporate events, while maintaining knowledge of audio-visual equipment.
  • Maintain up-to-date internal and external contact lists, ensuring provider agreements and organisational structure are current and correct.
  • Provide ad hoc facilities management support, including closing maintenance tickets, reporting building issues, and ordering office supplies.

About You:

  • Previous experience in hospitality front-of-house, guest services, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A well-presented professional with strong customer service skills and a proactive work ethic.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and AV systems.
