Are you a hospitality professional looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking a skilled Concierge to join our team at The Star Brisbane, a luxurious resort located in the heart of the city.

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for creating lasting impressions for our guests by providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the Concierge Desk and fostering a positive guest experience
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of the Concierge Desk, Bell Desk, and Porte Cochere operation
  • Demonstrating service excellence by implementing and delivering The Star's core values
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with internal and external suppliers to enhance the guest experience
  • Driving excellence through guest service and handling feedback

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a 5-star property or integrated resort
  • Leadership experience within a hotel environment
  • High-level customer service experience
  • Ability to deliver personalized recommendations to guest enquiries and requests

About you:

You will be an experienced Concierge professional with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards and delivering an immersive experience for our guests. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of Brisbane's attractions and communities, acquired through your network and relationships with internal and external suppliers.

As we move to The Star Brisbane, you will be critical in leading the team through change and shaping the success of our hotel operations.
