About the role:

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional to develop a strategy for our inbound sales team and mentor team members to execute it effectively. Success will be measured by exceeding targets, testing new training methods, sales processes, and motivational techniques, and finding ways to improve team output.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing a commercial strategy to exceed targets for tradie acquisition via the inbound channel
  • Optimising the sales process, conversation/scripting, and overall strategy to maximise conversion, yield, tenure, and optimal product mix
  • Working with the inbound team to implement and adjust the commercial strategy throughout the month
  • Regularly coaching and training team members to continuously improve and aware of how their role impacts business strategy
  • Providing accurate reporting to senior leadership on performance and keeping them updated on the strategy
  • Managing key daily activities related to the team
  • Collaborating with cross-company stakeholders to drive revenue growth results from existing tradies

About you:

We're looking for someone with:

  • 1+ years of sales team leadership experience
  • More than 5 years of experience in a sales role
  • A proven track record of exceeding targets
