About Regional Sales Leader Position

We are seeking a visionary sales leader to drive long-term growth and customer engagement. As the Regional Vice President of Sales, you will own the sales team, harnessing groundbreaking technology to redefine client interactions.

The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of Data & AI concepts and strong experience in selling complex technology solutions, cloud-based services, and B2B/B2C solutions.

Salesforce Agentforce is our flagship innovation, leveraging real-time data analytics and AI to deliver scalable customer interactions.

As the leader, you will set the vision and craft customer engagement strategies, delivering exceptional results.

We look for sales leaders with expertise in technical sales contexts, executive presence, and building lasting relationships with senior customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, encourage, and lead high-performing sales organizations, attracting top talent while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Define and implement a clear and compelling strategy to exceed revenue targets, developing and implementing sales plans, handling quotas, and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, understanding clients' business challenges and showcasing how Salesforce Agentforce can deliver impact at scale.
  • Develop strong executive relationships with key customer partners, aligning on long-term strategies and growth opportunities.
  • Identify new opportunities within industry verticals, expand existing accounts, and explore new business channels, partnerships, and routes to market.
  • Implement standard processes for forecasting, deal progression, and pipeline management using Salesforce CRM.
  • Establish meticulous operation cadence within your team, driving forecast accuracy with a keen view on deal progression, sales stage verification, and pipeline coverage.
Requirements
  • A consistent track record leading and scaling high-performance sales teams in fast-growth environments, focusing on hiring, retaining, and developing talent.
  • Deep understanding of Data & AI and machine learning concepts, a strong POV on Modern Data Architectures, and the role of Agents.
  • Shown ability to exceed sales goals within highly technical sales contexts.
  • Strong executive presence and experience building long-term relationships with senior customers.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills honed through experience.
